Definition of verbal bullying

Verbal bullying is when someone insults someone else to feel more powerful because they feel  either insecure or superior. In most cases, verbal bullying is based on appearances. In some cases, the person bullying is not aware  of the impact of what he is saying has on the victim. So, bullying can be intentionnal or unintentionnal.
